FanConneX Experience
In 2004, FanConneX teamed up with the San Francisco Giants to create that next level of fan experience. The San Francisco Giants and FanConneX brought together park conveniences, game day enhancements and entertainment all in a handy in park site called "the Digital Dugout".
FanConneX is currently deployed at Stanford (GameDay Live) for fans attending football, women's volleyball, and men's and women's basketball games. FanConneX is also at Xcel Energy Center (MyWildNet) giving Minnesota Wild fans unique game experiences. The application is available only within the venue. It is free and available to any ticket holder that has a wifi enabled device (including laptops, iPhones, handheld gaming and mobile devices).
This robust site is packed with fan enhancements. It allows fans to easily find their favorite concessions and order food from their seat, watch instant video replays 10 seconds after the play, play games, and view stats.
FanConneX is available for all fan experiences, and can create a custom experience that will connect any brand with its fans. It can also use any network and is not limited to WiFi.
In-venue closed captioning - FanCaptions
FanConneX also offers our in-venue closed captioning of the PA announcer for the hearing impaired. It's a simple, innovative way for venues to enhance the experience of their hearing impaired fans. It's doesn't require video board space or a separate video board, but works on web-enabled handhe;d devices. Check out the FanCaptions web site.
